RENTAL INFORMATION

 

RENTAL RATE DISCLOSURE:
∙ All posted rental rates are based on a 3-day rental
∙ 1-day rentals will incur a 50% surcharge
∙ 2-day rentals will incur a 25% surcharge
∙ Rent for 6 days and get the 7th day free!!!
∙ Additional discounts available on monthly rentals or longer 

RENTAL DEPOSITS:

∙ $250 for all Towable RVs

∙ $500 for all Motor Homes
NOTE: All funds are immediately deposited in our bank account and held as damage deposits during your rental. Deposits may be held up to 10 business days after your return to verify condition of RV.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

∙ $100 charge if cancelled within 31-90 days before scheduled departure.

∙ $200 charge if cancelled within 3-30 days before schedule departure.

∙ 100% deposit forfeiture if cancelled within 2 days of scheduled departure.

PICKUP & DROP OFF TIMES:

∙ RVs are to be picked up between from 2 PM - 5 PM.  Earlier pickup times may be accomodated as a courtesy only and renter must call at least 48 hours prior to departure to confirm unit will be available for earlier pickup time.

∙ RV is to be returned no later than 11:00 AM.  All renters must call to get an authorization code for a late return prior to 11:00 AM on the day of scheduled return, otherwise a $25 per hour late charge will apply.  A late return may be accomodated as a courtesy only. 

MOTOR HOME MILEAGE POLICY:
∙ Rent for 1-6 Days and get 100 miles per day for free

∙ Rent for 7+ days and get 150 miles per day for free (or 1,050 free miles for the week)

∙ After the free miles, all mileage is charged at just $.35 per mile

your home or camp site

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We Prefer MASTERCARD & VISA! We also gladly accept Cash, Personal Checks and we are PayPal verified!

Sorry, we do not accept American Express.

SOME POPULAR CONVENIENCE OPTIONS:
∙ Prepaid Cleaning (<=35'): $69 (or $125 at return)
∙ Prepaid Cleaning (>35'): $99 (or $175 at return)
∙ Prepaid Dumping (Flush Black/Gray Tanks): $20 (or $30 at return)
∙ Unlimited Generator Use (if applicable): $5/day
∙ Tire Road Hazard Coverage: $5/day
∙ Kitchen Kit (service for 4): $35 flat rate
∙ Linen Kit (sheets, pillow, blanket & towels): $20 per person
∙ Bicycle Rack (Holds up to 4 bikes): $45 flat rate
∙ CDR Coverage (for Motor Home Only - allows an Out-of-Pocket maximum of $1,000 for vehicle to vehicle collision): $12/day
∙ Portable Generator for Travel Trailers: $60/day (has a 5 gallon gas tank)

PET POLICY:

Pets are always welcome on your family vacation, however a $200 additional pet deposit will apply.

NON U.S. RESIDENTS pay the same rental rates, but are required to pay an additional $500 refundable damage deposit. This is in addition to the regular deposit.
